Relics of the Arc is the third book in The Superhuman Saga, the first saga in The Trials of Humanity series. It was originally released on the Hidesquadron Enterprises website starting on July 7, 2005 and was fully released by December 14, 2005. It is preceded by the book Reunification of the Starsaber and is followed chronologically by the book Legends.

Set two years after the conclusion of the Reunification of the Starsaber, Relics of the Arc continues following the men and women of the Universal Alliance as they attempt to retake the galaxy of Corscan from the domination of Vincent Calrissian and the Calrissian Empire. Meanwhile, ruins of an ancient Humar installation is once again uncovered on Earth, and as Alliance scientists figure out what it all means, Commander Jim George fights to regain his power and stop Calrissian from once again keeping Corscan under his control.

Before the book was completed, the author tried several different titles before the final name was chosen. Others titles proposed included:

This book, as well as the final book, Legends, were originally together in one final book, making the entire series a trilogy, but during the final editing it was decided that the book covered too much and was split.
